Next question, I just got the game, patch and nocd patch installed, running on a fresh install of windows 7, DEP is turned off, when I click drive I get a widows error and the game crashes, any help would be great.

What windows error?
Typically, a “drive” crash is a DEP issue. Did you restart your computer after turning DEP off? Did you run the CMD prompt as an admin? There are times where certain features in the secure boot mode have to be disabled, but I never had to dig into that personally.
Without knowing which windows error you get specifically, the two options listed above would be my guess as to why it’s crashing.

Joel Wiggins the myth, the legend? LOL
It does sound like disabling DEP isn't applying. Is there an actual message when the game crashes or it just shuts down?. Also when you disabled it. Did you use an automated batch file or run the command prompt as admin like Tom asked. I have a batch file from Kevin England that doesn't seem to work thus I end up having to use the command prompt to disable it.

It was a DEP issue, I restarted again about 20 minutes after I posted and like magic it worked. Now to get TS back and download SMS, and all the car files and tracks and mods....good grief this could take a while...lol
